There will be a change in committee members to be voted in at the AGM by all the members. We have had nominations for the roles available which is the Chairperson, Secretary and Lead Steward at the Downend site, nominations are detailed below. Please note that only one vote per plot is permitted, and if you are not a registered plot holder you cannot vote. There will be a register to sign on entry to the meeting. Questions from members are welcome but they must be submitted at least 10 days prior to the 24th March 2025 if they are to be included in the meeting.

We need to involve more members generally on the sites, just giving an hour of your time as a working party every couple of months will make such a difference and would enable the Stewards to keep the sites up together.
